CEEHER aims to empower female experts from CEE+ region and engage them into policy impact debates and to create a vivid network of women and male allies who seek more diverse views on foreign policy issues and who believe in empowering and inspiring the next generation
Online roster
By creating an online roster of female expertise in CEE region available also for other organizations we also enable other conference hosts to make knowledgeable and intentional choices about composition of their panels and generate a potential to close the existing gap.
The roster facilitates the identification of women speakers with potential for speaker engagements and beyond.

Last Saturday I met Cristina, this dynamic, young professional from Romania. In the next months, we will work together as mentor and mentee. ‘’What is the most important challenge women face today?’, ‘What is the greatest hurdle you’ve overcome?’ and ‘What advice would you give to young women today?’ were just some of the questions she asked during our meeting. I am happy that Globsec selected me as mentor of a junior female professional and glad to volunteer in this project close to my heart #mentor #mentee
